Integrated Staffing is currently recruiting several Turf Crew Members for their client in South Ozone Park, NY. This position starts in April 2025 and will go until approximately November 2025. The position is paying $21.87/hour. This position is a day shift role and may have overtime. Hours vary by day depending on company needs.

Turf Crew Members Job Responsibilities:

• Mowing and raking the property


• Pruning trees and shrubs, tending to flower beds, and planting new trees, shrubs, and flowers. 


• Operating and maintaining hand and power tools (mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, etc.). 


• Cleaning and preparing sites, removing debris, and loading/unloading materials. 


• Working collaboratively with other team members, following instructions, and maintaining a positive attitude. 


• Adhering to company safety guidelines and wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). 


• All other duties as assigned.

Turf Crew Members Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.


• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.


• Must be 18 years of age or older.


• Must be open to working overtime.


• Must promote a safe work environment.


• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 47 lbs. regularly, and up to 60 lbs. on an infrequent basis.


• Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.


• Follow safety policies & procedures.


• Maintain a clean & safe environment.
