Our Client in Saratoga Springs, NY is looking for a temp to perm Construction Worker. The Construction Worker is a full-time position, 1st Shift. Starting hourly pay rate of $20.00-$24.00, depending on experience/paid weekly.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic construction tasks including working with steel and wood studs, angled roof fascia, and various structures such as Gas Canopies, Sign Poles, Bumpers, Islands, etc.


• Utilize scaffolding, ladders, power tools, and hand tools effectively


• Set up staging areas and maintain a clean work environment by clearing debris at job sites


• Assist with loading, delivering, and handling materials


• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed


• Stay updated on job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and attending company training programs


• Accomplish organization missions by completing related tasks as required

Requirements:

• Ability to perform heavy physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions


• 1-2 years of construction experience, including working with powered tools


• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to meet deadlines


• Attention to detail, dependability, positive attitude, and a quick learner


• Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written


• Excellent interpersonal skills for building client relationships


• Must be able to lift to a maximum of 50 lbs.
