Job Description :
Our client in Albany, NY are looking to add an Audit Clerk to join their team. This is a contract role. The role is paying $20.00/hr.
Audit Clerk Job Duties will include:
- Experienced professional preferred
- Receive and track incoming reimbursement packages
- Review and organize packages requesting reimbursement
- Ensure that packages are complete and in order
- Data entry to payment system
- Enter approved payments
- Update tracking sheet
- Answer emails from program inbox
- Track data on contract expenses
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications :
Audit Clerk Qualifications:
- Prior experience working as an audit clerk.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associates degree or higher is preferred.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to work well individually and as a team.
- Prior experience working with New York State system
- Microsoft Office experience
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience calculating and processing payments
- Experience reviewing and calculating invoices
