Job Description :
Our client in Albany, NY are looking to add an Audit Clerk to join their team. This is a contract role. The role is paying $20.00/hr. 

 

Audit Clerk Job Duties will include: 



  • Experienced professional preferred

  • Receive and track incoming reimbursement packages

  • Review and organize packages requesting reimbursement

  • Ensure that packages are complete and in order

  • Data entry to payment system

  • Enter approved payments

  • Update tracking sheet

  • Answer emails from program inbox

  • Track data on contract expenses

  • Other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications :

Audit Clerk Qualifications: 



  • Prior experience working as an audit clerk.

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associates degree or higher is preferred. 

  • Detail oriented.

  • Ability to work well individually and as a team. 

  • Prior experience working with New York State system

  • Microsoft Office experience

  • Ability to work well under pressure. 

  • Experience calculating and processing payments

  • Experience reviewing and calculating invoices
