Job Description :

Integrated Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our Renewable Energy client. This role involves providing critical support to technical services initiatives, including application processing, project transactions, data analysis, and business process improvements. The Assistant Project Manager will work remotely, playing a key role in facilitating timely project completions and ensuring program efficiency.


 


This is a full-time, remote role with a 2-year contract. The pay rate is $32.00 - $44.00/hr depending on experience. Resume submissions will conclude on Thursday, January 23, 2025. The start day is tentatively scheduled for Monday, February 24, 2025.


 


Assistant Project Manager (Remote) Key Responsibilities:



  • Process project transactions in financial and project databases, including NEIS, Building Portal, and Salesforce.

  • Provide programmatic support, including communication with customers, consultants, and stakeholders.

  •  Manage email inbox triage, documentation of feedback, and facilitation of updates.

  • Assist in Consolidated Energy Fund (CEF) reporting.

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of business processes.

  • Support database migration to Salesforce and perform quality assurance/quality control of systems and programs.

  • Conduct data analysis and generate ad-hoc reports.

  • Provide general support to Project Managers and collaborate with the Technical Services Team on various tasks.


 


Assistant Project Manager (Remote) Qualifications:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of project management or program support experience.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, graphing, and advanced formulas.

  • Analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.

  • Knowledge and experience navigating database systems; familiarity with NEIS and Salesforce is a plus.

  • Ability to work as a motivated self-starter with minimal supervision.

  • Tools and Systems:NEIS, Salesforce, SharePoint, Building Portal, and Tableau.
